Memorial Day Parade: Monday, May 27th, weather permitting. Parade participants are to arrive and line up at the Court Street Cemetery entrance.

Town Office Closed/Curbside Trash Pick-up: The Castine Town Office will be closed on Monday, May 27th due to the Memorial Day Holiday. Curbside Trash pick-up will take place on Tuesday, May 28th because of the holiday.

2013 Dog Registrations: 2013 dog registrations are now past due. There will be a $25 late fee applied to the registration cost. Spayed/Neutered dog = $6.00; Non-spayed/Non-neutered = $11.00.

Castine Boat Pump Out Station: Located on the Acadia Dock. Pump outs are free of charge when the waterfront is staffed and at other times by appointment. Contact the Harbormaster at 207-266-7711. Primarily funded by a federal grant, administered by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection under the Clean Vessel Act.
